Sometimes we may ‘bump into’ each other outside of the Counselling room. Your confidentiality is very important, so unless you acknowledge me first I will not acknowledge you. This will avoid us both having to make any explanations to family/friends we may be with at the time.

About the Author: Stuart Toghill
My name is Stuart. I am a fully trained, qualified and experienced ‘Integrative’ psychotherapist with a BA(hon) degree in Integrative Counselling awarded by The University of Worcester. I am also a Registered BWRT® practitioner, trained by Terence Watts (BWRT® founder). I run my private practice from my office in Plymouth, but I am able to provide sessions to clients in any location via telephone or online video. I joined the Ambulance Service at age 19 and went on to become an NHS Paramedic. As an Integrative psychotherapist, this means that I use different approaches to help my clients based on their circumstances and what they need. I also provide Life Coaching sessions. All sessions are completely confidential and non-judgemental. I have hundreds of client hours experience. I also volunteer for the Bereavement Counselling Service (BCS), a fantastic charity helping people suffering with complicated grief. I am also 5th dan blackbelt Instructor in TaekwonDo, and am very interested in the mental health benefits (as well as the physical health benefits) of traditional martial arts training.
