BWRT is an amazing type of therapy which can resolve problems quickly. In many cases, only one session is required for the therapy, following an initial session where we will discuss how BWRT works and focus on the problem(s) which you want to work on.

In some cases, where a client has a mental health diagnosis,  it may be necessary to check with their GP to ensure that BWRT is suitable.

Sessions are ‘content free’, which means that you don’t need to tell me the details of the problem you want to work on – this is important as it may have stopped you from speaking to a counsellor in the past. All that is required is for you to be able to know how you would prefer to feel.
